Finnish Chamber of Commerce and Niina Fu Consulting Host Chile–Finland Wood Industry Seminar
The Finnish Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with Niina Fu Consulting, hosted a high-level seminar in Helsinki for a visiting Chilean delegation from the wood and sawmill industry. The event brought together around 50 participants from Chile and Finland, including sawmill executives, technology providers, researchers, and industry specialists.
The seminar marked the launch of the delegation’s week-long technical program in Finland, during which the group visited six Finnish sawmills such as Metsä Wood (Renko and Vilppula), Versowood (Vierumäki and Hankasalmi), Yara’s Siilinjärvi site, as well as technology developers including Jartek, Veisto, Savcor Forest, Nordautomation, and others.
