Chilean Sawmill Forestal Leonera Visited Finland to Explore Sawmill Technology

In September 2015, Chilean sawmill Forestal Leonera visited Finland with the goal of learning about the Finnish sawmill cluster and its advanced technology supply.
The company plans to increase its production capacity from 114,000 cubic meters to 150,000 cubic meters within four years.

Strengthening Industry Collaboration

During the visit, Forestal Leonera representatives explored Finland’s highly developed sawmill industry, gaining insights into cutting-edge technology, automation, and efficient production processes.
