Estonia Hosts Seminar for Latin American Delegation and Wood House Industry Representatives

Estonia, Europe’s largest exporter of wooden houses, organized a focused seminar and networking event for the Latin American delegation together with selected representatives of the Estonian Wood House Association.The seminar provided an overview of Estonia’s wooden housing market and highlighted opportunities for future cooperation.

The program included a field visit to Harmet, one of Europe’s leading modular construction manufacturers, where more than 90% of each module is built inside the factory and most production is exported.

Participants also toured Thermory, the world’s largest producer of thermally modified wood and sauna materials, exporting to more than 50 countries.

The visit concluded with a ferry trip from Tallinn to Helsinki, linking two of Northern Europe’s key wood construction ecosystems.
