AOA — the Association of Architects’ Offices of Chile — Hosts Finnish Delegation for Architecture Seminar

A Finnish delegation of architects and urban development experts met with the Association of Architects’ Offices of Chile (AOA) for a joint seminar on sustainable design and future collaboration. The event brought together more than 50 Chilean and Finnish professionals, featuring presentations from Aalto University, CENAMAD/UC, LMA Architects, HIMLA, HONKA and leading Chilean architecture offices.

In the afternoon, the delegation visited Mercado Urbano Tobalaba (MUT), one of Chile’s most significant mixed-use real estate projects, developed by Territoria with an investment of over USD 500 million. Covering more than 90,000 m², MUT includes four Class A office towers, eight levels of services and retail, a major cultural and market program, direct metro access, and a pioneering bike hub with 2,000 spaces.

The Finnish group highlighted MUT as a leading example of human-centered andsustainable urban development.
